This Privacy Policy applies to the SPCC e-commerce website and mobile applications on iOS and Android. It explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can exercise your privacy rights.

We may collect account details (name, email, phone), order and delivery details, address and location selections, device and usage diagnostics, and customer support communications.

We use data to create and manage accounts, process orders and payments, provide delivery and logistics services, prevent fraud and abuse, improve app performance, and comply with legal obligations.

We share data only with service providers and partners needed to operate the service (for example payment, hosting, analytics, and fulfillment), and with authorities when legally required.
